RE the x820...
In many ways it is superb. Size, weight etc.
However, my grievances...
1. I find the reception rather lacking in my area.
2. I find the the amount of keypresses to send a text frustrating.
3. The phone book, whilst allowing multiple numbers per contact doesn't allow you to scroll those contacts left and right with the navi stick.
4. There is no support for 'profiles' so you can't use it with a parrott car set.
5. It doesn't sync with isync on my mac (small annoyance, but an annoyance none the less).
6. You cannot choose a custom file for message alerts.
Obvioulsy most are particular to me, just prefer the UI of SE I suppose!
