i got the latest firmaware as of today and i would take it to a service center if a still had the warranty
when i try to upgrade the erom, wotan server says upgrade header failed or something like that

this happened to my k610 when the phone memory was full, freed up 2 mb and it workd. sounds kinda stupid but works....for me neway. worth a shot, good luck
