is it already possible to swtich the cards in the menu? when i saw the first such solutions years ago, u had to turn off/on the fone to swith them

Well I don't know why manufacturers don't make phones with built in dual SIM capability.

i highly doubt it will be any fone released with 2 slots, so few percent of the users are interested in it, thats its not worth to make any imo
