Thats ok i already have a normal box and a sky + box, i thought it was for the the + box.

Buy your sky remote from ebay they are not fake you would be told from their feedback if they were. These remotes are so complex to create. The person who had problems after 72 hours probably programmed it wrong and got it stuck in the middle of tuning hence the problems. Even the real sky remotes have slightly different versions if you open the back they have changed the message slightly and they also have changed the back cover from rubber to plastic you will find both versions available. Since ebay got sued for fake items everyone has become paranoid!
