Thanks i didnt know they used india for their strunnes service that is a big reason not to switch to them no offence to india but i dont like call centres as it is

I took out a contract with 3 in November last year and took it back 3 days afterwards. Firstly 3 opened 2 contracts in my name by some cock up. Imagine my shock when another bill comes through and i dont recognise the number. Sorted in the end but also despite having solid signal where i live(had a Nokia N73) i had constant problems connecting calls i would get on a regular basis network busy for sometimes an hour at at time. Also customer services dont understand our accents and cant understand what you are talking about. Headache. Never go back. Reception was great everywhere but if you cant make a call or connect to internet its no good is it.
