Some of these options are hidden as they are used to lock the phone to a network, SIM, etc. etc. and are normally hidden so you don't accidently lock the phone and forget the code. Customer care aren't going to be able to help you in this situation!

Yeah this menu is not officially documented for end user. Even one of SE official customer service at SE service point mesmerized when i showed her how do i check my phone for firmware version.

She asked me : how can i know that? And i reply : how can you not knowing that this is a simple knowledge known by regular fanatics eye blinded die hard fans of SE?
