I think Nokia 3220 has EDGE but u need a USB cable else Nokia 6021 ...both are cheap

How about Motorola SLVR L7.... Would it function as a good modem... It has GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth, MP3 and speaker phone..... correct me if I am wrong...

Yes it does!
I suggest you also have a look at the SE K790 brilliant phone with all the specs you want!
Dont waste your time and money on a Motorola!

w810 edge is very good, was very satisfied when i used it. next to fast internet, watching tv and listin to radio was really good ( of course in depend son the network too )
