I could've sworn I posted here earlier in the day! lol
Anyway:
After the £10 fee, what else would we need to pay to make use of the files?
i.e. hardware/software to flash handsets and further (possibly cheaper priced) credits to flash and finalize handsets?

As I said earlier it is easy to find a free piece of software to flash the phone the difficult part at the moment is finding useable flash files.
I will not go into the names of the SW however there are a few options. It is an option for those who wish to do this themselves. There is always an element of risk when working with mobiles, and doing it yourself is risky, as you will be unfamiliar with the software, however you cannot beat the satisfaction of completing it for yourself.

Yes!
It would be better if you could provide some kind of flashing utility like SEUS, and seeing that SEUS is just Emma with a different shell, I dont think it'd be such a hard thing to do.
I'd happily pay double for a service like that!
SEUS is really starting to irritate me! Everytime something goes wrong with my phone (just happens to be twice this month) I have to send it in to be flashed (which takes anywhere from 7 - 14 working days) because SEUS wont allow me to reflash my phone, it just tells me I have the latest firmware, hence the need for a decent program flash the phones.

This is true, however to begin with we will just be offering the files.
Why does it take 7-14 days to get your phone flashed. We have a turnaround of 3 days, so more than 7 is ridiculous.

That's fine, gotta start somewhere.
The main problem is where I live, even though I dont live in a small town, my service provider doesn't have the software to do it (Not like it's hard to get or anything).
They're a bunch of idiots anyway so maybe that's a good thing.
So when I take my phone in, it get's couriered to their main branch which is a hefty 1000Km or 600 Miles away, so that they can spend 30Min flashing it and send it back again. (That's if no one has lost/broken the phone by then.)
