The one that stands out for me was the 7110 - I loved the design with teh snap down slide, it just felt cool to use, the screen was bigger than the previous models, batterylife was great as was reception and call quality. I did have one of the slightly newer models which meant it didn't suffer a lot of the bugs that the earliest ones did.
On the SE front, it's definitely the P900 - I feel constantly let down by the current PDA/phone hybrids, none have seemed to quite managed to match the impression the P900 made with me. It seemed to blend the PDA and phone parts without compromising either being both an excellent phone and PDA.

My first Ericsson phone was and still is the gh688 but my favourite Ericsson is the r320s. There's just no beating that phone, even my p910i fails to make me feel the way I do when holding my r320s. Mind you I still have the r600, t610, k700i and f500i, yet all of them just don't arouse my senses like the r320s.

My Siemens SL45.
It was made in real aliminium, had a terrific keypad and a MP3-player (this was the 2nd or 3rd mobile ever to have that feature in Europe back then.)
However, the transfer speed was terrible slow, and memory cards was expensive so I guess I didn't use it to it's fully potential, until I somehow broke it. The menus were terrible. This was the first and last Siemens I've ever owned.

To me it would have to be the Ericsson gh337, if i recall the number right. It was the first phone I ever possesed and damn was it hard to break. I remember back still in 2001 still using it as my retro backup phone.
Do you guys remember the two batteries that you used to get with that phone? The one tiny slim one and the huge battery that was like a nuclear power plant. I miss you my Eric.

When I saw it in 2001 nothing else came close! 5-way jog dial, WAP, E-mail, games, answerphone.......nobody else had anything to compare......
......and it's still working to this day! Never crashed once, never lost a call or mail, never needed any kind of update service..........oh, it's my SONY Z5.....

I remember buying a Ericsson T68 the first time it came out and being one of the first coloured screen phones with bluetooth and gprs internet it was very well ahead of the pack by about more than a year until the 1st sharp phone gx10 camera phone and nokia camera phones came out.
The K700i was also an excellent phone it was densely packed with a lot of surprises in the hardware and software department it had everything from a descent mp3 player a cam, gprs, mms, bluetooth, it was small and didn't lack any class and a fair amount of memory to store a a fair few things the phone was perfectly spot on apart from it didnt have a memory card apartment and that was it but at the time the memory was huge.
In my books the K700i and T68 would be the iconic phones as they were very well ahead in every department at the time they were released.
