the displays are of equal resolution, the P990 screen is slightly bigger than the one on the M600 which means that the M660 screen has a slightly pixel density. the difference between the two is barely noticable

When the ALT button is pressed then the numbers (in blue) can be used. Thus can i use also some other buttons as other shortcuts? For example answer - call etc?? Or just the other buttons become useless?

Not quite sure I understood your question, but I will try to answer it.

The ALT button only affects the keyboard, not the touchscreen buttons, and its not a toggle key to that you can use to map other keys on the physical keyboard.

In order words, you cannot use the combination of ALT and Q to hang up a call.

Hope this answers your question

OK thanks. Basically i want to understand if the M600 is a phone first and then as a PDA or vice versa. I am teasing a friend of mine that has an imate that it is not a phone and he uses all time the pen, thus i dont want to be in the same situation when i just want to make a call or write a message...

haris_el, although you can operate the M600 pretty much without using the stylus, you do have to use the touchscreen, just with your thumb.

Although it's a much better phone than the P910i, it's first and foremost a PDA. If you don't want a PDA, rather look at the W850/W880 etc.

i wouldn't say that the m600 was more a PDA at all - although that is just my opinion...

even tho i was a flip on p910 user i still find that i use the stylus alot less on my m600.

i'd say that the m600 is deffinately a phone first as it has all the standard features any top-end phone has - its just looks likea PDA cos of its amazing QWERTY keypad.

Hey guys i wanted to ask a stupid question and thus i didnt want to open a new topic.

For the current users of m600, can you write a message holding the phone with one hand? Or you always need to use both hands?
