i think you shouldn't have said that. saying that
chengrong's driver is unique in its class was enough.

I have tried many many different cam drivers and only a few developers really made any difference to the photo quality. aksd was the best in my view, until chengrong. What chengrong has achieved sh*ts all over any other cam driver developers, not just in quality but also flexibility. No one else managed to open up the functions of the camdriver0.dat the way chengrong has.
That's not a put down of other developers, just a simple fact.

chengrong's driver is one of the best out here. but it's better to keep the respect to the others camdrivers mods. they think/thought they were doing a good job making our cameras better than they are. if you dont like X camdriver, you just put another one till it satisfies your needs.

true true! Yes you are right, and I don't really mean to cast aspersion on the other developers. It was very much a team effort that took advantage of the inroads AKSD made to come up with a huge range of drivers, and as we know testing improves the blood, so it's been really valuable to have all these guys developing.
