Has the phone suffered any kind of moisture damage? Sounds like either the LCD or there's a problem with the LCD connector on the actual mainboard of the phone, if you feel confident enough to take the phone apart, have a look at the connectors on the screen and mainboard for any signs of damage, missing pins or corrosion.

yeah its fully charged, moisture i dont think so, but when i closely look at the screen there are different colors on the white screen

If there's a crack on the screen and a black blob, then the screen itself is broken and will need replacing I'm afraid!
