No.1 Nokia series 40 as its not only dead easy to use its also a fast and quick menu and not slow like SE. Still SE is still second and very good. Motorola wont be in here then. Ha ha ha.

SE UI high end phones
linux mobile
windows mobile
S60 (but i would never ever buy it)
the rest isn't really good.

many japanese fones like docomo also have good UI
