In the shortcuts menu delete the icon you have for Web.
Then click on the New icon -> Web page then enter the URL you want eg
http://www.bbc.co.uk/pda/, press done, change the Shortcut name to Web (or anything else you want).

Could you please explain how you did manage to delete an icon ? Did you use a third-party application to do that ?

I'm talking about the Shortcut menu (the one which appears after clicking on the yellow and blue box icon). Move the jog wheel around the screen and highlight an icon you don't want (Web is a good example as you're going to replace it). Along the bottom you should see a Trash Can, and you'll be prompted to Delete shortcut.
