as the p990 is 240x320 the page has support for it.

We support following animated cell phone wallpaper formats: 240x320, 176x220, 176x144, 128x160, 128x128.

Pretty nice site. I recently found http://www.yomedia.com, here you can make your own wallpapers/ringtones etc. too. Just upload any image and they will convert it into the right format. Than you can dload it via mobile internet.
