I think the phone sends a SMS when you first use it if I remember but cant see it sending an MMS. I'm at a loss then but I really doubt it's a virus. If your phone is working fine and no other MMS have been sent then I'd speak to your network if you are certain you didn't sent the MMS or anybody else did.
As I say where was the MMS sent to? can you check?
