No I think this one was certainly final build. It even had T-Mobile firmware (albeit German T-Mobile) which shows it was intended for testing by the network.

here is a picture of the k750i proto IMEI sticker, but it's not a "real" or regular IMEI sticker, it's not even made of that plastic thing, but regular paper, the manufacturing date is 04w40. pretty old one

no fw can be flashed on it, the computer cannot recognize it, neither with davinci, wotan, cruiser, and not even with EMMA.
the differences can be seen on the pics i've posted, the plastic parts are not painted, so it's the color of the actuall plastic, the camera button has no plastic part, unlike the original k750, the shortcut button in the middle under the screen is just black, without any kind of sign on it. that's pretty much all i guess.
