to make the app available for download so it could be possible to have it on the K800. After all, the K810 is not that different and it's going to have it... so let's wait and see...

I don't think there is a "unfair" factor. Certain phones are going to be made with certain features.
Personally I think the Walkman phones are cool, but lets face it, it's just a marketing ploy, just like calling k800 a Cyber-Shot phone, they are just marketing ploys. I don't think the name should limit the features. it would be bogus if only Walkman phones played mp3's, and only Cybershot phones had cameras. the same is true with features like track-id.
