Yes, there's a mark on the '0'/'#' keys, it's the original keypad as the replacement facia didn't come with a keypad.

Hi mate recieved phone today cheers, although the # button is very bad I only have to touch it to make it work and not press it, this is pretty annoying and wasnt mentioned? Also the backlight from the 1-9buttons and *+# doesnt work...

I wonder if the keypad PCB's come loose in the post? Sounds like that is the problem, the phone must have had a knock in the post

Actually # button sorted used compressed air and a toothpick around it... its grand now....So just backlight needs sorting
