On another note, I have been haing a play with apple desktops recently and had a couple of the mac pro's in. At the moment im running a default spec 3.0ghz one (£2300), and that has like 1gb of ram, all I can say is its mentally fast. Even when compared to my 2.33ghz macbook pro with 2gb of ram its totally willy slapping it.
What id love to do is supe it up, with say 4gfx cards, 16gb of ram and 3tb of storage. I recon it would be future proof for the next 5 years easily.
