u are welcome. but if they have the right acc apart for u, u still have to manage it to work. i would suggest:
go in a shop, let it check what the problem is and ask, how much for repair ( with the apart and wihtout it ). no need to order anything, before u arent sure whats the problem. so lets do it step by step and tomorrow, when u asked whats the problem, keep us updated. where are u from?

im in the uk, the thing is my nearest service centre is 50 miles away so i wont be going they will be emailing me, but i no a guy who works in the nokia service cnter we have in my town and he is up to speed with everything so am going to try an get hold of the phone pop and see him, see what the problem is and then get a price and email the company back and tell the diagnostics and problems see what they say, if i go in the shops in my town they will just say buy a new phone they are patetic.
