Not so fast... I agree that PCC be moved where it used to be...but not after all the rules are in black and white. It'll help if mods can set the expectations clear from the start para di na maulit yung dati.

Mga fellow posters, you should know how to act this time Cool naman yang mga mods e. Basta wag lang aabuso.

Mods, does the old rule apply?

the pcc can be at regional, mobile free zone or garbage... as the moderator wishes it to be.. and can delete the whole thread at his own pleasure...

@Ejasim: it's basically like this: Some people think PCC has purely rubbish content and some think otherwise. Bottomline is that you can never, ever please everyone A subplot here is that others use a brand new handle to bash other members and try to get away clean. Sneaky, but very low.
