M3 has preset profiles and supports .flv file conversions as well. I can't say which produces better video quality, but M3 is really good for a freeware program. It can hold its own against other paid video converters, that's just my opinion of course.

Its pretty fast on processing speed and it easy to use. barely anything to configure on the menus...just select your phone model and your good to go with conversion.
