How many times a day did the P990 crash in August when launched then? much more than once i day I'm sure. People need to realise it is still Symbian 9.1 with it's known limitations of Ram usage and multi tasking. I would advise people to install a good Task Manger and to use it for the smooth running of their device.

no excuse a company as great as nokia should be able to release a bug free and crash free super phone.... shame on you nokia... releasing an unfinished beta firmware using us as guinnipigs muhahahahahha sorry marc i had too...

The Nokia N95 is running Symbian v9.2 not 9.1 @ marc, or were you talking about P990

What crash?!!.

I had my N95 for 5 days and there is NO crash. The phone is absolutely stable. And I have done installation of 3rd party software, use the Wifi/GPS and map application.

And battery life is good.
