I would say a Nokia N73. Fantastic huge screen camera is 3.2 mp and its a smartphone so its got everything you need and more.

the one thing that would turn me off the u600, well 2 actually, imho, quite ugly, and secondly, as the phone is so thin, the loud speaker MAY (dont know as i havnt seen it) be the earpiece itself where you listen when talking on the phone.... this is how the d900 was. and it was VERY low...
