Just thinking about it but the battery is fine as well, its reassuring to know that if you drop your K800 into a barbeque, you don't have to duck and cover immediately to avoid being burn't from flying parts of your burning phone. You might get a chance to rescue the phone before any more damage.

The flash is on the opposite side of the phone which was away from the fire as you can see from the damage.
