can someone answer the origional question. I think its pointless for us to debate if she should have known. Its clear that the user needs to know the procedures that need to be taken in order to upgrade the software. I also need to know. Can someone help us please?

Ok , jesus this forum is BIG. I found a "how to" but it seems to be more complicated than its worth. Im visiting the uk later next month and will get my phone sorted then !

Well, perhaps I should post my origional problem. I have a T68 and a friend of mine that lives in the UK came over to visit and his phone had some pretty nice backgrounds so I had him send one. When we send it via infrared or via bluetooth, it overwrites the picture that is in the "My Picture" location. I assume this is normal, but am trying to find a way that I can have more than one of those pictures stored on my phone at once. My service provider is cingular and some how they uploaded a photo to my phone prior to resale that has there company logo on it and the file name for that was Picture 11. I wonder how they put htat logo on the phone because im sure I could do the same .. any suggestions? thanks.
