For me it's the Motorola V3 too, surprisingly good results from a VGA camera, quite clear and also good in low light too

K700i has very pretty pics in lights. some motorola have 4x zoom even in vga mode.

I think the best VGA is V3.

K700 has an awful camera, not just awful, really awful. 8/10 times you're going to get a bad shot and the rest two would be a lucky good one.
V3, 6600 have good cameras

however i can't agree that nokia 6600 takes better pics in sunlight
