For me it's the Motorola V3 too, surprisingly good results from a VGA camera, quite clear and also good in low light too

K700i has very pretty pics in lights. some motorola have 4x zoom even in vga mode.

K700 has an awful camera, not just awful, really awful. 8/10 times you're going to get a bad shot and the rest two would be a lucky good one.
V3, 6600 have good cameras
