u can make back up on the card for contacts easy, just csoose it at the options at the contacts.

if u make a back up on pc and mem card, u ll get all your datas back. only u have to set again profiles, calendar entries etc but afaik with far manager u can make a full backup, but i never use that

I'm surprised noone's mentioned MyPhoneExplorer yet. It's a great piece of freeware that you can use to backup almost everything on your phone, to your PC. Much better than SE's PC Suite, in my opinion. You can connect using bluetooth or the USB cable that came with your phone.
