but the problem is that although i know the version of my SE software, there is two options in that site that i have to choose one ,i mean there is two categories for one software version.these two categories are MAIN & CA .i dont know which one i should select for my SE.

Then once you understand what firmware is and how to install it, you can also look at patching the firmware in order to apply the "lock menu items" vkp patch by reading this thread:

You have to read both threads thoroughly until you understand what you are doing or you will kill your phone (did I mention that?)
Firmware and VKP Patches ARE NOT JAVA APPS!!!!!
