Of course you can convert VCD to DVD lol, I do it most days
)
I realise the quality can not chnage or it wil go all 'blocky'
I don't mind keeping it the same aspect ratio, I just wondered if it was possible to view my videos on a TV (using a DVD or VCD etc!)
