T68i. No doubt about that. My phone (with a same battery) will be 5 years after 1 month and the average standby is still ca 8 days.
And as I have said before, the standby record of my T68i was more than 11,5 days (over 278 hours).

its just i have a w710 and the battery life is pants like to day i fully charged it to be ready for school and by about 2:00 it had died, and this is using a new li-ion battery so i have switched back to the original. But because of all this i have been considering to buy a second phone in case the other one dies on me and i need to make a call.

Sounds odd for a battery thats only a few months old. It could be a fault with it, if it's still under warranty take it back for a new one.

With batery concerns W810i is the best that i had... Normaly it lasts for 4 days and if i didnt use it a lot it can easily go to 5-7days

Well my old T39 with the high capacity battery lasted over three weeks. Great phone: bluetooth, gprs, pop/imap email, wap browser.. pretty cool at the time.. a real keeper.

I used to have a v800 which i gave to my dad.
He only makes voice calls, so i switched it to gsm only.
On average he spends atleast an hour a day on his phone and charges it only on the weekends IF he remembers to plug it in.
In reality he charges it about twice or thrice a month.
The theme is set to the power saving one with a non animated wallpaper.
And also the memory card slot is left empty as he has no use for any of the features aside from making and recieving calls.
Our dad has gone through more phones than myself and my brother combined. And he thinks it's the best one for him, though he'd prefer if it had the new fastport connection instead of the old ericsson one.
