But I bet it's someone whose clueless about phones, not sure what features it has so just clicked everything. And called it a smartphone because as it has a camera, MP3 player and lots of memory it must be 'smart'!

I have no respect left for eBay as it's become Scammer Central. I myself have used eBay for years, mostly as a buyer, and have a 64 - 0 positive rating, but those days are behind me. Scammers selling, scammers bidding and then running when it's time to pay. Just a waste of time now.
