@mag - Yeah I've watched that mate . . . in the very distant future . . . there will only be 2-3 mobile phone brands that will compete in the market, as this MERGING thing will EAT up most of the consumer-products sold out in the market (perhaps in just everything I guess) . . . even in films, nemesis do UNITE in just one film

obviously those who thinks apple would be great phone makers are being a tad optimistic, with no concrete reasoning at all? it's just branding as far as i'm concerned, and the survey itself is too vague to be taken as a fact. i think apple are going to outsource the iphone production anyway, like o2 and whoever.
and i would always trust motorola for build quality, and sony ericsson for 'internals'.
