I was asking myself the same question before i made my decision about wich one of them to buy. Then I went for the w810, better looks, edge, no joystick (wich is good).

W810! I had to sell my W800/K750 and I bought a W810. I don't regret it at all.
They did bring some noticable improvents in the W810:
-Activity Menu (missed that one from my K750 when I upgraded firmware to W800)
-The netfront browser (TBH, opera mini is better but the browser is a lot more improved)
-Much less picture slowdown, in the K750/w800; if you keep a lot of pictures, the phone slows down heavily but in the W810, it doesnt as much and you have 4 ways of showing the picture (3x3,4x4,list, list with thumbnails)
The phone can be modded easily with far (no patches though). I put new acoustics onto my phone, hardly any hiss and great + loud sound. I put new flash menus etc

w810 is a w800 on steroids!it's basically upgraded version and ergonomically much easier to use than the w800,also u cant ignore the nicer screen and edge!!! it's a no brainer the w810 is better.

I second falcon786's opinion. India doesn't even have the W800i anymore, they sell a W700i, which is the same as w800i but is gray in colour, ships with a 256MB SD card and does not have autofocus in the camera software
