are these replacements you have brandnew is the box sealed?
networks have a tendancey to give out phones which people have returned

My local 02 shop always have the boxes open for some reason,
but they always show you the phone before you leave.

why start putting sticky stuff on, its under warranty? if your not happy you take it back for a replacement...

If you can get it exchanged, by all means do that. But for those who cannot, there is no harm in putting that small piece of stick-on to get rid of slight wobble. Anyway, if do it nicely (use black colored foam), it will blend in very well and you can hardly noticed it.

Mines wobbley as as well. I've been toying with whether to get in touch with t-mob. I imagine mine isnt as bad as some, but then I have no idea really. It's very annoying.
I've heard some crash though, or some wobble even more. So I'm in a rock and hard place, I don't know whether to stick with what I have or risk getting one that crashes or is even worse

Will T-Mob send me one and then I send mine back or will I have to go without a phone?

Why do you want to abandon the most advanced phone on the planet just because of the irritation with slide wobble? If you let it be, you wont even notice it after sometime when the euphoria of having a new phone fades away.

quite patheitic that the most advanced on the phone is put together in such a crappy manner...

supposedly nokia is fixing this and will warranty any that have a "defect" part.

i'm using one now it's wobble free.

Bear in mind that not all 1st batch N95 has wobble. Mine dont have and I am definitely one of the early ones to have bought. So it may be just some QA lapses from a particular product line. Seems like most wobble complaints came from european made N95.

The more crucial factor is that N95 is mostly a trouble free phone on release given that N95 is most advanced phone to hit the market. This is in itself is an achievement as compared to the ruckus caused when the N80, O2 Atom or the infamous P990 were released.
