They're symbian but different systems guys.
It's not too difficult to understand.
For example.
Windows Vista programs will not work on Windows 98
There are UIQ, S60 and S40. They all run on the same core, but are different.

Series 40 is NOT symbian, it is the nokia propietary OS, and has no trace of symbian in its blood. S60, S80 and S90 are symbian, as is UIQ. Therefore, themes for S40 will not work on S60.
Because of the security limitations of S60 v3, it is highly unlikely that you will be able to get a theme thats fills the screen with an (active) analog clock, the best you can do is switch the top-left one to analouge.
