Every firmware that is listed there has the english as a primary language. To get the same languages and etc... for the phone, just check the Emea and the CDA of the phone so download the same numbers, but with R1BC002 firmware now.
You know, enter the service menu >*<<*<* then go to software info and check the emea there.

yes, if you want to update the phone using FAR manager.
In other way, the phone can be updated much easier using SEUS (Sony Ericsson Update Service) and it's free, doesn't need finalization and etc...
