Right, I've left the phones on overnight, and the 3330 didn't make it intact unfortunately - it's dropped the signal and doesn't want it back! Probably just needs a reflash.

Batteries seem to be holding a fair charge, probably just need a few discharge/recharge cycles, though the 6310i's still reading full!

Very strange, the Voda sim wouldn't get a signal in that 3330, but I've put an Orange sim in and it's fine! Calls in/out on it, gets a full signal... but just won't get one on Voda? Will try other nets later.

That phone might be faulty then, think I'd best sell it as so just in case!

If it is faulty chances are it's only picking up one of the two bands it's capable of (voda and o2 run on one, orange and t-mobile on the other).

That's what I'm thinking too, so the phone could be fully working on that 1800Mhz band but not the 900Mhz one.

@leeboy - thanks, though was tempting to sell them for myself as need the money but wouldn't be fair on the hospice, who I'm sure need the money more than me

It might also depend on the sim-card. Sometimes old phones don't work with new sim-cards and also the other way around. So try with another Vodafone sim if you got one and it might work.

That 3330 still has a good signal on Orange, no dropping of it so far.

@miss uk - the phones that don't sell on here I'll probably then list on Ebay, but would rather sell here, avoid the fees and not have to worry about Paypal and that eating any money that would otherwise go to the hospice!

slightly off topic but once in a while you should get some esato members (fatreg) to donate some phones and you could have a charity auction on here, on ebay or somewhere and raise even more money if your wife goes there all the time. you would get in her good books and raise money for charity

free bump

Good idea that Dude, might try making a thread on that in the future!

Situation so far:

6310i - 20 inc. del to Mike P
3330 - No bids
3310 - No bids
A50 - £7 to Mweb
C35 - No bids
3110/M3788e - No bids

Last day for this now - let's see all of these sold - even if only for a couple of quid!
