I tried hard to find out where my P990 was made but could not find. I believe it was made in China, otherwise there is no need to hide the manufacturing place.

Just looked at my K800i which i got off t mobile and that was made in china !!!!
i have used the phone for a couple of days now and it seems fine except from an error KERN 03 error when i try and open an email !!!!!

my m600i has no place of manufacture mentioned on the sticker in the battery compartment and there's no mention of it on the box either.. so any idea where mine's made in? Can someone post a picture of the battery compartment sticker of their made in france m600i?

The thing you need to take into account is that being a Touch screen it does suffer a little from brightness and sharpness compared to a non touchscreen phone especially in bright lighting conditions. Which is one of the reasons SE has tried to improve the screen on the P1.
