I dont have Wotan acc. is there another way to guess it?

actually you just need the wotanserver application, not really an account.
If you have the tool and press the "Start" button, then you have to plug-in the phone while pressing the C button (well I guess you know that) and then the application will check and display wich CID it has, after that you can just unplug the phone and switch it on again

but other than that, hmm dont know
