what's a phone explorer? Where can i find one? Sorry for the ignorance ... the P990i is my 2nd SE phone, my 1st one was the Ericsson T28s way back 7 or 8 yrs ago.

I think your problem is in your Windows XP Service Pack.
All SE PC Suite required minimum Service Pack 2 installed on your Windows XP.

I think your problem is in your Windows XP Service Pack.
All SE PC Suite required minimum Service Pack 2 installed on your Windows XP.
Yup I also read about the my phone explorer it will only work w/ SE phones that are not Symbian UIQ.
So I need to download service pack 2 to solve my problem?
