I brought this issue to 3com several months ago and after a couple of days they told me that the T68i uses a new data transfer protocol that their current driver does not support. The good news is that they emailed me a patch which fixed the problem. They have since posted this on their support site. Scroll down to the update for T68i. Here is the link:

download the msi driver version 15
download the tecom driver version 16
extract the msi driver 15
and install the tecom driver 16
when ask for driver go to version 15
then its fine !!!!

Can you send me to my e-mail the drivers Jaeckel. It seems that the webpage is not working and i can´t download anything, please send me all the softwares BTCM v1.x and higher, and the T68i drivers support, please, i will appreciated. Thanks.

Instead of the MSI version 15 driver, use this driver (The 3com one).

ftp://ftp.3com.com/pub/wireless/btcmscf.exe

The version 16 software from Tecom and the version 18 from TDK (which I havent yet tried) is the only one compatible software that'll allow pictures to be transferred from the T68 to PC. However, as they are from a different manufacturer than your bluetooth device, they do not include the drivers for your device.

Therefore you need to download newest version from your manufacturer to get the drivers for your bluetooth device.

Therefore you are using the version 16 software from Tecom (or 18 TDK) and Version 15 drivers from your manufacturer (3com).

So, follow my guide in the thread linked to in a post above, and substitute the MSI ver 15 driver for the one I've just linked to.
