Even though the specs of Sofia are sketchy it was never going to be a direct competitor to the n95 except go the camera stakes. The n95 is in the p series league and even then the p series falls short in some areas. So this comparison is completely out unless you're looking at the cameras.

This is just simple as this... if you dont like the nexts SE phones then buy a N95 or futures N series
. I dont care if the brand is nokia or SE since the phone looks cool, got good specs and a stable and friendly OS

I'm using an N95 right now and while I do love it, I'll be taking a close look at Sofia when it's released. My N95 replaced a K790i that was a damn good phone. But I'd be crazy to ignore Sofia, wouldn't I? We won't know what it's capable of until someone has it in hand.

... True, it may well balance the lack of "smartness" with some nice other features... I for one have zero need nor want for gps, but would gladly pay "a bit" for a nice package that for me is an alrounder... Having said that' if one of the irish networks started selling the n95 tomorrow, I'd be right there to ease their burden

if you think that k750 2mp is as good as a dedicated 2mp camera, a k800 3.2mp is as good as a 3.2mp dedicated camera and IF YOU THINK YOU CAN COMPARE N95 WITH A CYBER SHOT 5MP YOU ARE VERY WRONG!
oh my god.i simply cant believe what you are saying!!if you want to compare phone camera and a dedicated digi cam then the phone should have 5mp with a cyber shot 2mp. only then you can see the similarities. btw, 5mp n95 takes pictures WORSE than k800 3.2mp!
