pfft, some people are just like that, at least you got the phone, remember an incident like couple of years ago when i had some problems with a low-life on ebay over a D600...
but tbh if i were you i would just get it unlocked and sell it on ebay as brand new or almost brand new, and get some real detailed pics up cos ebayers love that
or why not get it unlocked and use it?
oh and just a note...how bad is the tmob logo on the battery cover?

the Back covers logo isn't that bad it's abit noticable but atleast no front logo's on the phone

i heard you need to have used the tmob sim for 6 months before they will unlock. i know this because it was discussed before and i was meant to get an unlock code for someone but didnt in the end

6 friggin months, by any chance is there a way i could use an old t-mobile sim which has been disconnected cos of little usage, ring them up and say id like to revive it and maybe register a new phone with that sim and then get the unlock code almost instantly?

T-Mobile tried to gain access over my Mobile World sim card to send me the Subsody code, unfortuanatley though the sims are bound to CPW even though they use T-Mobile's Network...
The T-Mobile Salesperson told me CPW would have to send me the code,
there awkward to get hold off aswell!
anyone know if 02 send out Subsody codes?
I want my D900i unlocked it was bought on 02 PAYG and im using my Contract sim in it lol
