as i understand you have done a master reset to your p990i. from control panel i assume?
try using format internal disk in hidden menu. in flip open: Jog dial up 1 x * jog dial down 2x * jog dial down 1x *... in Flip closed; --> *
AFAIK, vijay golf is protected preinstalled application. you don't have to install it again from an installer.
maybe... the master reset is not doing the job completely. try to do master reset one again. if Vijay did not show up in folder entertianment, than do format internal disk. sometome you have to do it twice.
the game (vijay) should be back after you did it.
