Ooh wow a new syndrome to add to my collection!
I do get this, ive always put it down to stuff moving in my pockets as i get it even when the phone isnt in there!

I dont suffer any of this but when i dont have my phone with me I always check all my pockets, panick and then remember i left it in the house

If I have my phone in my shirt pocket I think i feel it vibrate and have to checkk it. Weird

There was a thread about this on esato I think a few years ago.
I used to feel my leg vibrate and the phone isn't even in my pocket.
I don't use vibrate anymore since it drains the battery lol so I dont get it.
BUT SOMETIMES, I hear my phone ring when it doesn't, and then two seconds later it actually rings!
