@k750 - I'm not that sure pal It's just that I made notice of the LOW-volume on the 4th K750 I've acquired some months back . . . but the earlier releases were OK !

Yeah dude, Tranced is right (as always ). Changing the firmware won't make big difference. You have to change the acoustic files (the sound drivers) that the phone uses to control the loudness and quality of the sound. So putting better acoustic drivers will make the phone sound LOUD . Louder than your friend's one .

phone xs will tell you what CID your phone is. now, if you bought your k750 this year or in the middle of the last one, im sure your phone is CID49(also hope yours is a red one ).
