I can confirm that BES and BIS are working properly with new firmware and new BB connect software along with BB desktop software. I will be updating my BB Install guide soon.

Here in Peru the Claro Network provides it but you have to buy a Blackberry phone. They say after that you have to register on Blackberry's web site. Maybe I can pretend I own a Blackberry phone and then they'll give me the service, so, what's next...

sidneymarius, that the best option. Call up your service provider, tell them you have a Blackberry which someone at work has given you, get blackberry enabled against your mobile number and then visit the website they give you.
once at the website you should be prompted for a PIN number, which you can get from the phone when you run the blackberry software (but only once your network have given access to the blackberry service).
Once you've successfully entered the PIN just follow all the other instructions on the Blackberry website.
