If you compare both phones u'll see that the w810 has more stuff, its a full packed phones, I does everything you need in a phone. the LED's are simply amazing and the picture quality is pretty good. Designed for music, easy file transfer. need more??

the A1200 is crap imho! my friend has it, the linux ui is really bad, too confusing in some ways.
get the w810i if you dont need the extra smartphone functions. the w810i is much better in its main role, being a mobile phone

The choice you're making is absurd. The motorola is a buisness oriented phone(that doesn't do its job well IMO) and the W810i a highly fun/music oriented phone (that does an ok job for this day and age).
You have to make a choice depending on what you want more.
One thing everyone here has overlooked is the fact that the A1200 has an ope n source OS and this allows you to do things like make swap files, overclock the processor etc etc... its really good for modding. Its also very fast for a smartphone. Unfortunately there aren't any 'consumer' type apps for it and its built in capabilities are minimal.
If you really like the touchscreen and you still want music go for the ROKR E6. Its only a lil costlier and has music and a better UI + all the other a1200's features.
Also note that neither of the motorolas mentioned are any good for texting... you cant use one hand and you're stuck with a virtual QWERY board (that cannot be used with fingers) or handwriting recognition.
It comes down to this:
Are you a buisness type guy who wants a 'productivity enhancer'? If so go for the A1200.
Are you a guy who wants to have a nice phone to text/call once in a while but mostly take good photos, play music or games? If so get the W810i. (Or the W610i - its much better)
